Usually the first thing a woman knows about the diamond she wants is how big she wants it!  Usually, but not always, she wants the biggest stone possible.  And while there is nothing wrong with wanting that, most of you guys are going to find out that big sizes in good qualities are not cheap!!!  There are some ways to help ease the pain of getting a big stone at a cheap price, but that will be for you to decide later (when you start learning about "clarity enhanced" diamonds) ;)
