Now that we're back from our travels, I wanted to drop you an email to say a huge thank you for your help in selecting our engagement diamond. It was really good of you to see us, even though you weren't well. We both hope that you've fully recovered now.

For us it was a very special trip and we both feel that it was well worth the journey from the UK. To be able to compare different diamonds (including the Eightstar - which was an unexpected bonus) was amazing. We feel so much more comfortable with our decision having had the benefit of using all your "gadgets"! It was a real experience which we will always remember. We could have bought over the internet, but are so glad we didn't. This is a once in a lifetime purchase for us and to experience your passion and receive the education we did - both from your site and in person - we feel privileged. Your honesty is extremely refreshing - I still chuckle about the stone with the fat arrows!!

Please also extend our thanks to everyone else at Good Old Gold - everyone we met was really friendly and took great care of us - especially your mum when we came back to have the stone set. Christen has mailed us to say that all the reports and paperwork for our rock are on their way which we're really looking forward to receiving.
