I wanted to thank you for all your help in picking out the perfect ring for my fiance, Maggie.  It sounds a little strange to be calling her that after 4 years of dating, but it's the best decision of my life. 

When starting I had only been given a few guidelines to go by (round, white gold).  I needed help and after only a few hours of research online, I found your website.  The website was by far the most useful and informative information I found anywhere.  The 4 C's and Beyond category helped a guy who didn't know the first thing about diamonds get a great understanding rather easily.  (This also came in handy when visiting local stores and knowing as much if not more about diamonds than the sales people.)  After reading all the information and studying the lightscope, brilliancescope, lab reports, etc. I knew the Hearts and Arrows diamond was the one. 

After choosing the diamond, Christen helped me pick the perfect setting to accent the diamond's beauty. 

For the proposal I took Maggie to an old gold mining town northeast of San Diego where we spent the weekend at a wonderful bed & breakfast.  After a great day of hiking and wine tasting I'd arranged for a suprise horse drawn carriage ride.  With the sun setting the driver offered to take our picture (set up perfectly) and I took the opportunity to propose.

Maggie absolutely loves the ring and can't stop saying how much it "sparkles".
