I wanted to take a minute and thank you and your excellent staff for helping me through the adventure of purchasing an engagement ring. I picked it up after work on Monday and was thrilled when I saw the finished piece. Needless to say, I was very anxious to propose and see the ring on Jenn’s finger. Friday evening around 7PM, after a nice dinner for two, while she was washing up in her bathroom I snuck outside onto her 2nd floor deck. We very rarely go out there, so she knew something was up when I wasn’t on the living room couch and the verticals to the sliding door were open. When she came outside to find me, I was off to the side, on one knee ready to delivery my proposal speech. At the end, I reached under me shin and pulled out the GOG box. I cleverly moved the gold sticker on the bottom to the side that opened, so I would be sure to open it in her direction. She immediately said yes then exclaimed how beautiful the ring was.
Her family and friends think it is one of the most beautiful diamonds they’ve ever seen. At a family gathering the next day, all the women were trying their luck with the H&A viewer on Jenn’s and their own diamonds. My little sister Lauren (who should be getting engaged next year) said it looks 2x as big as her friends diamonds and I even heard someone say “The sparkle is amazing; it looks bigger than my mothers!” It was cute when my sister looked at her boyfriend and said, “When you’re ready, I want you ask David to help you find a diamond.” I don’t have to tell you where I’ll be bringing him! The education, professionalism and piece of mind you and your staff gave me played an invaluable role in simplifying a stressful chapter of my life.
